Just take note most hotels in Kinosaki onsen does not have private shower in the room

one of the best and memorable hotel stays i had in japan! the private onsen is great and renting a bicycle to go around town was a such a serene experience.

I had a wonderful stay here. The place is beautiful and very clean. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and provided excellent service. The breakfast was also very delicious. Everything made my stay truly enjoyable. If I have the chance, I would definitely love

The staff is very helpful, explaining the details of onsen use for first time users. Hiro even guided us in the way to drape our Sukhta and suggested dining places. The room was spacious, clean and even had a small safe for us to leave our belongings while visiting the onsen. The private onsen room was a tranquil experience.

My experience at this hotel was nearly perfect. We were a group of three. From the photos, I saw that the room only had two beds, so I assumed two of us would need to share one bed. However, when we arrived, the hotel had already prepared an extra bed for us without us even requesting it. That was a very thoughtful surprise. The room was spacious and very clean. The toilet was comfortable, and the Japanese tatami décor looked new and stunning. We also had a beautiful view from the window, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent—only a 5-minute walk from the JR station, right at the junction of the souvenir street and Onsen Street. I did not expect such attentive and caring service from the hotel staff. You can truly feel that they care about your journey and experience. They gave us great recommendations for local food, offered to help reserve restaurants, and even helped us pre-order food sets that needed to be booked a day in advance. When I told them which scenery spots I wanted to visit, they immediately helped plan our transportation and arranged a taxi for us. I really appreciated their effort—they truly try their best to make sure you have a wonderful trip. One thing to note is that the hotel does not provide dinner, but there are many amazing restaurants nearby. For example, Matsuri, located right in front of the hotel, serves delicious crab at a very reasonable price. I ordered a crab set for ¥16,000 for two people, but the portion was large enough for three. The owner was also very friendly. There is no shower in the room, but of course, you come here to enjoy the onsens nearby—which meant I happily bathed three to four times a day. I would definitely come back again.
