We stayed from the 25th–28th of June 2026 and had a wonderful time. The staff were all lovely, attentive, and very accommodating to the needs of the guests. A special shoutout to the reception staff and the manager, who listened to our concerns and resolved the issue straight away. 😍 The hotel has three beautiful lounge areas where we enjoyed ordering food and drinks and relaxing during our stay. Special mention to Molly, who worked in that area — she had such a warm and welcoming personality when serving guests. She was also very attentive and quick to clear and clean the tables as soon as guests had finished eating or drinking. 😍 The food in the hotel was delicious. If you fancy something different, you can simply cross the road to The Huntsman Inn for more dining options. At the back of the hotel, there is Esquires Coffee, as well as Lidl, a home store, and a cinema nearby, which was very convenient. The hotel is also only about a 15–20 minute walk to the main town, and they offer free basement parking, which was a huge bonus. We were also incredibly lucky to have the best weather during our stay in Galway!

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Comfortable beds and pillows. Spotlessly clean. Extremely friendly staff.

From the moment we came in from the time we left the staff wore amazing , really friendly environment and very clean hotel , facilities wore amazing , would highly recommend coming here if your staying in Galway 5 stars

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms were huge with comfortable beds and great showers. The staff was super friendly, accommodating and had great communication before our stay. The food in the restaurant was superior and the breakfast was delicious. There were also a couple of rooms that you could hang out in and watch tv if you wanted. It isn’t right in downtown Gallway so it was easy to drive to and there was tons of parking. It was a short cab ride to where ever we wanted to go. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, good location and very comfortable. Reception staff not very friendly and breakfast was lovely but very over priced.
