25.12.20Both managers/owners were extremely accommodating and friendly. They kindly helped us secure a refund for one night of our stay (after a 15% charge), which we truly appreciated—especially since we could no longer cancel through Agoda/Expedia and had to head to the Wellington Ferry Terminal the following day despite our original two-night booking. Receiving a partial refund in cash was far better than nothing, and we were very grateful for their understanding.
Our room was upgraded to a two-bedroom, two-storey unit featuring one queen bed, two single beds on the second floor, and one single bed in the living room. The unit was very spacious and comfortably accommodated 5–6 people. It was located right in front of the swimming pool and next to a small playground with a trampoline and swings. Our kids absolutely loved it, and it was unfortunate that we could only stay for one night. Another great point was that we could park our car right in front of the unit.
This property is highly recommended for all types of travelers due to its convenient location near the city centre and its excellent FREE facilities, including the swimming pool, laundry room, and playground. When we couldn’t find the liquid dishwashing detergent, the owner personally came to our unit to provide a new one. She also helped resolve a Wi-Fi connection issue and was truly attentive and helpful.
