Me and my Family with a 3-yo kid stayed here in May 2022, in the "King Suite" room.
What i liked:
* very convenient location. Close to the center; nearby park is amazing; close to the metro station
* cheaper then alternatives in this area
What i didn't like:
* ants in the bathroom. They are hiding somewhere in the morning, when check-in takes place, and show up in the evening. There are a lot of them, i couldn't step into the bathroom, without them starting climbing my leg in a minute. My daughter refused to go to the bathroom, until i ensured every time, that there are not too many ants there. Later in the evening they start getting from the bathroom into the room. We needed to keep all our things in the closet, nothing should stay on the floor.
* construction work on the other side of the street. They start noisy constructions every work day, between 7:00 and 8:00. We were woken up by them every day.
* basic clean services are not default, we needed to ask for them. Clean the room? Ask for it. Replace towels? Ask for it. Take out the trash? Ask for it. Refill soap? Ask for it.
* the room is not comfortable for a 3-yo kid. Advertised as suitable for kids up until this age, the room has no extra bed, our daughter needed to sleep in our bed. The room is too small, besides the bed, there is no space for anything else - we needed to play on the bed, too. Opportunities for kids in such room are limited. I don't know, what stands behind the name "King Suite". The name tricked me into expecting more, then the room has to offer.
