Good location to Tourist Sato Ctr Comfy & spacious room because we had to pay for it when we were informed last minute that the non-smoking room of the category we booked was not available. Agoda refused to acknowledge & the hotel could not do anything because the booking was made via Agoda. Hotel wise: wonderful service at Front Xesk upon c/in, host at front of restaurant, housekeeping. Bttled water, snacks, toiletries provided. Very good spread of bfast & dinner buffet - but sadly no English description of the food items. Onsen facilities are good.

온천, 방, 식사 모두 더할나위없이 최고의 갓성비 호텔형 료칸입니다.

저렴한 가격에 조,석식 뷔페 여러 가지 대욕장을 이용할 수 있었던건 좋았는데 너무 건물이 오래됐다ㅠ 특히 화장실이 너무 불만족스럽다 주위에 아무것도 없다…. 가성비 온천을 원한다면 모르겠지만 어지간해서는 다시 안가고 싶다
