25.10.10The hotel room is decent. The breakfast is just ok. The staff at the reception were great. However the same cannot be said of the restaurant at the breakfast room, especially the lady near the coffee machine. She was borderline rude in the way she spoke.
25.10.04 The receptionist during day time was unprofessional and extremely rude.
25.09.30 The receptionist was unprofessional to say the least. Despite being confirmed by the night shift reception guy the day receptionist kept on insisting of early checkout and even threatened with calling the police. This despite me responding and telling about the night personal. The quality of the receptionist spoke of some poor unprofessional hospitality.
24.07.26 The hotel is in a nice location but the staff isn't able to help you with even something as simple as a getting a private car. The restaurant staff are downright rude, We had to leave for a tour at 7.15 and the breakfast starts at 7 when we went in at 6.59 they staff asked us to leave and I went inside ignoring them. Found this very weird but aside that decent place to stay and great location
