We stayed for 5 nights in June 2025. The hotel is conveniently located near the circular bus loops in the city, making easy access to any city site. The rooms are very spacious and impeccably clean. The breakfast and onsite cafe are nice perks. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Aizu-Wakamatsu again.

Hotel is in a great location 10 minutesn walk from the station and near restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but not much English spoken so google translate required. Breakfast was exceptionally good value and recommended. We had to have a smoking room as that is all that was available. I would avoid the smoking room if you are a non-smoker if possible, although there was a good air purifier supplied.

We, a family of four adults, recently booked two rooms for a one-night stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. However, we were quite disappointed when we were given a smoking room despite our request for a non-smoking room. Apart from this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was satisfactory.
