Very close to the train station, the staff was so nice

Booked this through Agoda for 2 rooms with 4 adults plus two young kids and when we arrived at the property they told us that the amount paid only covered 2 adults. We had to pay an additional fee to check in. It was substantially more than the original cost and we would have chosen a number of places other than this had we known they would do this to us. When we booked, not only did we list the correct number of people in our party, but we were required to enter the ages of the two kids. Avoid this scam hotel.

Everything is good but need to improve the passage way for luggage…

予約時にえっ、この価格でいいのかな。 と思うくらいに安くて、この価格で本当に満足出来るかな、と思いましたが泊まってみるとスタッフの丁寧な対応にびっくりしました。到着するなり、スタッフの人が車の誘導をしてくださりバッグも運んでくれ、かなり丁寧でした。

Bigger than what one would find in Osaka. The beds are bigger as well. The staff cleaned our room quite impeccably. Close to Fukuyama station and convenience store nearby.
