25.10.29My go-to hotel in Sendai. Wonderful facilities like all Super Hotels, and a great location a 10 minute walk or so from Sendai Station. Nice little natural onsen, gender separated so it can be enjoyed at all times. Breakfast here can feel a bit crowded and hectic, but I think that has more to do with the popularity of the hotel than any issue with how it's set up.
24.10.19The rooms are small, but everything else is perfect. Welcome drink, including alcohol, is available for free, you can enjoy onsen, within walking distance to the shopping areas.
24.05.19The hotel provides public bath, fitting 5-6 persons. Also very good selections of breakfast, but it closes early at 0800 despite website saying 0830 so we missed it on the second morning. Free soft drink and cocktail bar until 8pm. Basic amenities are provided but some are (strangely) limited only for ladies, like bath powder??? The room is small as per Japanese standard. Close to Clis road shopping street with shops and restaurant but it locates toward a far end from Sendai JR station, actually one subway station away at Horose-dori station. About 15 mins on foot from the JR gates.
23.06.28My brother recommended this place as a cheap but good place to stay. Yes, everything is super basic, but this is a great location. From Sendai train station it's within 10 minute walking distance, with majority of the walk under the atrium roof of the shopping area with only 1 major street crossing. Their breakfast is simple but they offer both Japanese breakfast and some light western style breakfast. It is a big time saver to be able to just walk downstairs and eat. Their onsen was a nice touch. It's small but there was only one other person there when I went for a short walk. Several things I didn't like about my room was that the floor smelled dirty. Literally, it smelled like dirt. Also the refrigerator was not on when I checked in, so it took a long time before it got cool enough. Also the bed smelled a little. There was a spray bottle of room deodorizer, and I sprayed it everywhere, but the smell didn't quite go away. But these are all pretty minor. The staff here were very polite and pleasant. I'd stay here again if I was traveling alone without a car.
