Always a great place to rest whenever in Gamagori

It's very helpful also that there is free breakfast. It's a simple breakfast, but a sufficient one. Also, I got to rest quite well... It could have been better if I didn't need to wake up early for my train, but it was worth it going there.

We booked a non smoking twin bed room. Upon arrival at the hotel we were given a smoking room at the third floor and when we showed them our booking confirmation it was clearly requested during booking that we have a non-smoking room. The staff even doubted our request since it was in english. Then the staff went to get an extra pillow and directed us to a single bed non smoking room. He entered the room with his shoes on and arranged the pillow that he got to the single bed that was in the room. The comforter that was on top of the bed was really old, faded and was full of lint. The wall by the bed side had stains on it. It was a single bed so how can two people fit on a single bed. The airconditioner/heater was really dusty. We weren't able to rest during our stay there. We were up all night and waited for 6am for breakfast. After breakfast we checked out right away. It was a nightmare. It's the first horrible hotel experience here in Japan.
