25.12.01We visited during a peak weekend but the pricing was not as crazy. We had to book a Smoking Room due to lack of availability although we're one of us is not a smoker but, the smell was not too strong for her so she didn't mind it much. Facilities were also clean and the rooms have enough space!
25.11.25 It was fine. Far from the train station, but still walkable.
However the real downer for me was they gave us a smoking room (is that still even a thing) on the smoking floor. This was a surprise for us and they weren't eager to give us a non-smoking room.
Be sure you specify a non-smoking room even you book.
25.11.13 The price is really affordable and near the station so its easy to get wherever you need!
25.09.22 Stay in Matsumoto for 3 days 2 night, I only went back to hotel to sleep so did not spend much time in the room, however the room was great and clean. The only downside is that I did not drive there, hence have to walk quite awhile from hirata station to the hotel. But nonetheless, awesome value for the price!
25.04.14 This hotel is not located near the city and we only picked it because it was relatively cheap with free parking compared to near Matsumoto station with paid parking. Clean facilities, decent wifi, nearby a Lawson's, courteous staff. Good for a weekend stay if you're going to drive into the city or parks since there's not much in the surrounding area.
