Enjoyed the hotel. They have a information paper in English for you when you arrive. Elevator is secure with your card key only taking you to your floor or the second floor (lobby, onsen). First floor has laundry room. TV doesn't have English settings but easy to figure out. TV, video on demand and information. Onsen has a hot bath, cold bath and sauna.
