24.08.20If I could, I would attach photos of dirty towels and bedsheets, ripped pillow cases, which we asked to replace and they still got changed to another dirty ones with smudges. When we arrived we didnt have toilet paper and under the bed was dirty (which shows that the cleaning service is really bad), they only cleaned our floor on the last day and the only part that is visible. Breakfast is very simple, not much to choose between, no cereals or meat or desert (except for fruits). The only real good thing about this hotel is the view from the restaurant on the 5th floor, but the windows there are open and cats come from the roof and walk in the restaurant, scratching chairs and almost grabbing food from your plates (which are dirty too). Hotel is located in the silent neighborhood, but there is no sound-proofing system in the rooms, so we heard all the noises, coming from corridors and rooms next to our. The bathroom, just like the furniture in the room is old and needs to be renovated, we saw someone’s hair in the bath and scratched wallpaper. We stayed there only 4 days and only at night, during the day we went outside. If we needed to stay more, we would probably change the hotel.
