Receptionist were so rude. Especially Men receptionists. Why they are guessing i am from China and why they were checking with other person's name (Chinese) ? Even why they check me from Bangkok ? Do you guys think all Asian are from China ? Or Thailand ? You guys ruined our honey moon mood.

The hotel has been renovated a year ago, that said there are many problems here. Double glazed balcony doors aren’t fitted properly so don’t block street noise, telephones in room rooms don’t work- terrible in case of emergency, the lift is an untended ancient joke and breakfast while decent has many unreplenished items you need to keep prompting staff to replace. The provided scrambled eggs are always cold as were the teeny sausages. Like the rest of Naples which is terribly run down and dirty, the hotel needs to review the above.
