The hotel is well situated within easy walking distance to the centre of Napier which is what we wanted. The room was clean and tidy and perfect for our needs - bathroom was a little 'compact' but that's not really a complaint! As previous reviews stated, there is not a lot of car park spaces available but as we stayed during the week it was not really a problem. We would stay at Expressotel again. Thanks.

Clean and good position close to the centre of the town. Noisy road next to the hotel Not good car parking. Get a room overlooking the park but not the road.

Compared favorably to the previous night I'd spent in a luxury hotel. The bed and room may have been smaller, but everything was perfectly adequate. Lovely staff.

Great location and simple and functional space. Tv function/ quality very poor and no additional services or ability to stream etc Served what we needed

Very easy check in process. The lady at the front desk was lovely. Room was clean and comfortable. Car parking isn’t secure but had no issues.
