Parking is a problem.. Rest all are good

good place but facilities in terms of food and laundry is less

AC was not working properly and we have to settle for the poor cooling due to non availability of rooms and rigid money back policy

Ekaa was a very good choice for my stay , clean, wide and comfortable room , faced some issues with hot water which was handled immediately and never repeated, i had a city view room and the noise isolation was perfect , good and stable secured WIFI connection , I highly recommend it for anyone.

It has been a pleasure experience to stay at EKAA KEY by Rivido, Hosur road. The ambience is well maintained and worth the money. The staff are very courteous and kind. The cleanliness is at its best and the timely support is absolutely amazing. One male staff who responded was a little firm and not very caring which i didn't like overall. For instance when I asked if breakfast was Included in my package, he just refused with a NO. I knew it already, as a customer I expect generous reply giving me alternative solution for the same. Next thing after ordering my food, I called him again for requesting cutlery to have my food.. again there was a blunt NO. He seemed not to have a welcoming nature and he has to develop a more courteous customer approach sense. All staff must learn to stand up shole speaking with the customer. That's respect and care. They need some more training in these. The head or the manager who takes care of the team is a nice gentleman. Looking at his courtesy the younger generation has to learn for better scope in future. He refused to reveal his name and told me to write a review so that his team would get the credit. What an awesome leadership. I admire you sir. Only for him I look forward to coming to the hotel again. He is an asset to the hotel and knows basic ethics and ground rules. It was an overall delightful experience during my stay. Sudeshna is at the front desk is a friendly person and is doing a good job. But please learn to stand up and say Namste, have a nice day... to all the customers. We love being welcomed and greeted. This is a sincere review from my heart and not intended to hurt anyone. As a customer I shared my expectations and experience. Please take this positive.
