26.03.24We got bumped up as the hotel did not have the same Seaview room we originally booked - nice gesture from the staff.
Overall good experience, parking was underground and wifi was strong.
The beach front was a small sliver of sand but one can simply hang by the pool to enjoy the unblocked sea view.
26.03.04 We booked a sea facing big room at a good rate. The hotel was clean and the breakfast spread was good and they changed the main dishes every day. There were a few pools and some room open directly into them. Enjoyed the unique and classy decor. Staff were very polite and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed the view of the raising sun from the bedroom.

26.02.23 We booked grand deluxe room and they gave deluxe room. The price difference was too much. We got no compensation and much less facilities. They had double booked the room and there was already someone else staying in our booked room. Neither the hotel staff, nor Agoda was of any help. It’s a waste of money booking through Agoda.
