26.04.14Love the hotel , top class service with nice beautiful room and very good quality food . Unfortunate only stay for a night . Next time definitely stay for more days with this hotel . The lady boss is so elegant with personal touch and attentive with every detail .

25.11.26I thought I reserved our stay for the 20th and it was for the 21st of November! So making the long haul all the way up to Ikaho via the public transportation just to find out we’re a day early put a real damper on our trip, to say the least. Without anywhere to go, it was going to be really stressful to find a hotel to stay for that night. But the staff were amazing and helped find us a room at their sister hotel , Fūtoki, which was honestly just as amazing.
10/10 recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed.

25.11.03The hotel is located next to the famous stone steps. Apart from being conveniently located, the staff are friendly and very helpful. Services are personalized. As the car park is on the other end of the hotel, staff took the trouble to fetch us and our luggage from the car park and drove us purposely to the main hotel entrance.
Meals prepared during our stay were thoughtful and delicious. Onsen facilities are good too!
