24.11.13My mom and I are from Canada, and we stayed at Hotel Gen Kakegawa for four nights. We absolutely loved it here! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the hotel itself was very clean. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast options, which included both traditional Japanese dishes and Western-style meals. The location was perfect—just a short walk from Kakegawa Station, making it convenient for visiting other cities, and also within walking distance of the beautiful Kakegawa Castle. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again in the future!
23.06.10 Nice room with good sized beds. Walking distance to Kacho-En. Breakfast was included in the price and it was tasty. Would stay again.
23.04.21 We booked a hotel room on Agoda in Kakegawa for two adults We selected a double room with occupancy for two people. We paid extra as hotel prices in Japan, are based on occupancy, room type and season. When checking-in, we received a room with only one twin single bed. I immediately went to the lobby and unfortunately, the staff there no support.
