Location is great, near a highway. Clean rooms and friendly staff! Room had a mini fridge and a microwave! On the main road near Target and plenty of restaurants! Mr Mario is a nice person Clean pool! A+++

If you're on a limited budget, and need for a cozy and clean place.. I'll definitely recommend this inn. The staff are very nice and helpful. They answered all my inquiries regarding Niagara sites. You can ask them about the free shuttle coupons.

Don't let the photo on their profile fool you. The room looks nothing like that. It smells like cigarettes, even though I paid for a non-smoking room. There were cigarette burns on the blankets. Bathroom had broken windows. The room lock was missing a screw. The lamp next to the bed was rusted and didn't have a light bulb. Worst part: rat excrement behind the door. Oh, I said that was the worst part? No, the guy next door washing his crack pipe on the parking lot was the worst part. I didn't have the courage to spend the night there. I dropped off the key and ran away. Please, don't do the same mistake I did.

The hot water wasn’t working . Room was too small .

Things to improve, there was flea in the room, AC was not on when we checked in so we had to wait for 30 min to temp to go down, but nice people , very good hospitality, answered our questions, gave recommendations, had no stress for checkout, 2 star motel
