The hotel manager informed that since it is Ramadan, there will be no complimentary breakfast available, but they will serve complimentary iftar instead. Upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist simply told me iftar is not included with my room and that I have to pay additional 2500tk for it. We called the manager and he denied the conversation we had. They are frauds.
