26.03.09This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room looks nothing like the photos shown online. The pictures are very misleading. In reality, the furniture is old, damaged, and poorly maintained.
Cleanliness was also a big problem. Even though the room was “cleaned” as part of the hotel’s daily routine, the bed covers and pillows were still dirty. It was very unpleasant and made the room feel unhygienic.
Another major issue was the air conditioning. It was not working during our stay. We informed the reception and asked several times for it to be fixed, but nothing was done. The room was extremely cold and uncomfortable, and it seemed like the hotel simply ignored the problem.
To make things worse, one of the receptionists (a blonde lady with long hair) was very rude and disrespectful when we tried to ask for help. Instead of assisting us, she was dismissive and unprofessional.
For the price we paid, this hotel is absolutely not worth it at all. The quality, cleanliness, and service are far below what you would expect. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend choosing another hotel.
25.07.21 Hotel is very good with big rooms & is centrally located near metro & in walking distance from main tourist attraction & market.Main drawback is they don’t have their restaurant. Please don’t go for breakfast included package as there Tieup with adjoining cafe is not good with limited options & the person’s in the cafe are very rude . They hate tourist & racist people they said we don’t know English & said why are you visiting Spain if u don’t know Spanish .We did not have breakfast there because of there rude behaviour & hotel staff refused to return our breakfast money back,They said write a mail to the management.But till date management has not responded back our Breakfast money has gone waste
