26.04.08 We stayed here for one night. The location was excellent, staff great, and the room was beautiful with a small balcony. The only issue was a small elevator stopped working so we had to walk up and down four floors with our luggage and also there was no parking. Apart from that I would highly recommend as we were allowed to leave our luggage while we walked around Rome after our check-out.
26.03.22 Our flight was delayed, and since check-in hours were limited, we had to reach the hotel to confirm a late arrival. Neither we nor the Agoda team managed to get a hold of them for hours. When we finally reached them, the clerk who answered was nice but couldn't provide any information—he promised to check and get back to us, but never did. The only way to contact them, and even that was difficult, is through the Agoda app messages.
On the plus side, the room looked good (except for the bathroom) and the location is excellent!
26.03.17 Located right in the center, perfectly positioned just a few stores above the street murmur. It room was comfortable, full of life and light with a balcony to overview the street and enjoy the Rome's roof terraces. The mattress was perfect and once you take a shower and lay down after a whole day walking you'll sleep like a baby. There are cafes and restaurants near by, fashion boutiques and famos Via dei Condotti a minute walk away, just as you need 4 minutes to Piazza del Spagna. Perfetto!
