The check in system was a nuisance. Need to self check in and the checkin iPad did not work so it took me an hour to actually get in to my hotel room!!! not what you want after a long flight. Super stressful. Apart from that staff were lovely, great sauna and spa in the room. Oh also an added “city tax” €24 on top of hotel rate was compulsory
