Before I booked this hotel, a lot of comments talking about no laundry room facilities in the hotel. However, the staff told me when checking in that laundry room is available and providing 4 hours of using at the charge of 1100 Yen. The washing and drying machines are quite new but the capacity of each load is not big enough. Anyway, that facility is till good enough when I only stay for few days.

Excellent location with walking distance to the station and shops. Good shuttle from the railway station -you can get the people at the visitor centre to call the hotel for you to get that ride. Including when you are dropped off by a bus from another ski resort . Food above average. Good onsen with a nice rotenburo outdoor option . Hotel has good lift ticket discounts and paid late checkout option at ¥2200 per hour- so you can ski a bit in your last day

The hotel is right at the Yuzawa Kogen Ropeway. Highly recommend for the family with children, it's super convenient. Under the hotel was a ski rental place. Although the hotel is rather old but it's well maintained. There's also onsen in an open-aired zone, making the best part of the day.

Had a great stay with a great view. Definitely will book this hotel next time again. Just minor improvement, it would be better if they can provide glass with spoons for us to mix drinks at our room.

Been there for 3 nights. Good location for snowboarders and the buffet dinner is to a good standard.
