26.05.29the facilities, amenities, everything is top notch for a family with young kids. my toddler love the pool and playing at the private beach. i would definitely comeback here. Keep up the good work Tijili Hotel !

26.05.27Just checked in around 6 pm and we were informed that we have been upgraded to the room with pool view, when in reality the room view directly to restaurant area in which they were having anniversary event of the hotel, with full music and DJ kind of party. We asked what time the event will end, the operator on the phone said 9 pm for several time we've called. At 9 pm sharp we called again to ask when are they planning to wrap up, but the answer changed to 10 pm. Haha.
We asked for solution as we are traveling with family with toddler and elderly but not received any so we asked to switch to a quiter room but they asked us to wait while they're checking the room occupancy. Which we called 3 times for an update still no answer. Even worse, at the last attempts to call the operator, it's no longer active. So we came down to the lobby, just to face a stuttering staff who didn't know what our request was. So once again we explain the condition and our request to switch room. They brought us to a lower level room, just at another end of the aisle, with very poor internet connection, we decided to stay there til the event end. We came back around 10.15 pm. While my child have been asleep.
They have crossed several lines here; they didnt give us a heads up about the event and the blaring sounds, they didn't pack a solution as precaution, and they didn't have a service recovery program to compensate us. They just offered us late check out which we didnt interest in as we have to leave early.
Their main product is room to stay, but if we cannot rest and have to compromise with their unbothered attitude, why bother to stay here?
