Kochi Pacific Hotel

Wonderful Breakfast excellent location.

I would stay at this hotel again!!! It’s steps from the train station and lots of restaurants around. Had the best Indian food in Japan next to the restaurant. I highly recommend it!!! So easy to get on the city trains and JR lines!!! I would stay here again and again!!!

I am glad I was able to stay here, the Kochi Pacific Hotel is very close to the train station, as well as a reasonable 10-15 minute walk to a shopping arcade and dining area full of various restaurants and bars. The hotel room was big, clean, and had a nice HVAC unit that barely made any sound but worked GREAT. The big surprise for me was when I opened the curtains to the window, I found myself looking at a little patio with a small TREE. I was on the third floor, so that was rather unexpected for me. I don't know if they have that in all the rooms, but it was a nice surprise to have that to look at rather than the side of another building. The hotel had a breakfast service, but I had to leave before it opened, so I don't know what it was like. The pictures looked good though! Also in case it's not clear from their description, they have three sets of coin laundry machines on the second floor.

I enjoyed my stay here. I staid with my 3 year old and the staff even prepared a little bed for him without me asking. The hotel itself is a little old and could use a renovation. The breakfast is mostly Japanese food, so that means things fish, rice and miso soup. If you prefer a more continental style breakfast with fruit, cereal, yogurt etc, I recommend skipping their breakfast. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.
