25.05.03The room is big for a family of four. There's toilet but no bathroom. Nevertheless you can access to the bathroom on G/f from 6am-11pm. While we have dinner and breakfast, the staff will come to our room to set up/put back the futons.
The bathroom on G/f also includes onsen so it's a very convenient facilities for visitors who doesn't have time to visit other public onsen.
25.04.25 Our family enjoyed our stay at this ryokan. The staff here was so lively and helpful. The service was amazing, and we love our meal. The accommodation is in an old traditional house - we love the charm. This ryokan is in the middle of town making it handy to Kinosaki station, shops as well as all the bath houses.
