피곤해서 멀면 어쩌나 걱정했는데 가까워서 바로 들어가서 쉬었습니다.
객실에 포트 같은 것들이 구비되어 있지는 않아서, 프론트에 요청해야 하지만, 요청하면 바로 줍니다.
객실 위생 상태도 좋습니다.
와이파이도 구비되어 있습니다.
프론트 직원분(점주?) 친절해서 감사했습니다.
24.11.19객실 상태, 위생, 위치는 너무 좋아요. 다만, 시설이 좀 아쉬워요. 로비에 전자렌지가 없고, 객실에 실내복(Shower robe)도 없어요. 특히, 각티슈도 없는건 좀 심한 것 같아요. 화장실에 두루마리휴지만 있어요. 일본호텔이 대부분 갖추고 있는 비데&섬유탈취제도 없었어요. 기본적인 어메니티(Amenity)는 갖췄습니다.
그래도 나름 만족은 했습니다.
24.11.25We had an awful experience with this hotel. Before our stay, I attempted to contact them to inform them of our late check-in, but there was no option to do so.
When we arrived at the hotel around 11:30 PM or midnight—with our 1-year-old child—there were no staff present in the building. A kind security staff member from a nearby building tried to assist us but confirmed there was no one there. All we found was a note stating "reservation closed," with no contact information provided. Even Agoda was unable to reach the hotel, which was incredibly frustrating.
Desperate and with a 1-year-old in tow, we had no choice but to leave and search for another hotel. We ended up wandering the area at 2 AM in freezing temperatures.
When we later requested a refund from the hotel, they refused. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope no one else has to go through something like this.
