you’d miss it, it you drove past too fast! It’s the one B&B that is located just off the main road, good convenience. Rooms are quiet. Room is a tad bit too dim Breakfast is promptly served, warm and substantial.

Very relaxing, the room is so cosy and inviting. The facilities are clean and the dpa bsth is fantastic! Bed was super comfy and staff so friendly and helpful. Woukd book again!

I was so happy to be able to get a booking last minute for my husband's 60th birthday. On the day of check in we found out the access ramp was not usable. Husband has hip replacement 6 weeks post. Offered a refund if unable to get downstairs. Wrote on the presence sheet that it was husband's birthday hoping maybe a note or something special might be added to the room but no, that's an extra cost. Newly renovated room, well not exactly great finish. Toilet roll half empty on the holder, bathroom fan caked in dust, shower led lights come on then stop working, dead flowers to greet us at the door. And a possum kept us up half the night chewing the walls. Possum was known about as it was written in the guest book over a month prior. And the owner while delivering our nothing special breakfast, also new about it. I had ordered muslie and eggs, but only allowed to choose one or the other, even though I had written "60th birthday breakfast" not sure it would kill you to chuck in some Muslim, or toast the bread! Bed felt about 30 years old so all in all, for the cost of the room for one night, perhaps check it over, before taking guest money to make sure it is worth what you are chargin. And when you know that it is someone's pretty significant birthday or occasion, throw maybe add a personal touch to make your guests feel special. Otherwise, lower the price so guest don't expect luxury when they are paying luxury prices. I have stayed in so many lovely places for less. Very disappointing, on a very special occasion.

The room had a nice design, spacious bathroom and beautiful decors. However, for the price we paid, we expected: - good service that includes 'old fashioned' personal touch i.e welcoming staff that we could talk to during check-in or prior to check-in. We could not reach the contact numbers shown on their website. We were advised later that the landline had been disconnected. - Few days before we arrived, I sent emails that were returned/rejected. But it must have been a glitched in their system because I was able to receive a response. - the ad on their website is somewhat misleading. For example, it is stated on their website that there is a fireplace, when in fact, this has been broken. - it appeared that the room we stayed was not cleaned property. For example, floor didn't appear to have been vaccumed, coffee machine was not cleaned (there was still a used coffee pod in the machine), there were opened packets of potato chips and biscuits in the drawer. - the small dining table was not comfortable to sit in when we had breakfast - the shape of the table was very awkward that we had to sit in the corner of the table. I don't think we will be going back to this place in future. And I will be very hesitant to recommend it to anyone.
