Very lovely hotel with genuinely friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for 3 nights in total and overall had a pleasant experience. At check-in, the lady at reception seemed a little tired of tourists or perhaps just tired of repeating the same information all day. It made the welcome feel slightly cold at first, although the rest of the staff during our stay were very kind. I suppose overtourism is becoming difficult for some places. We did find a small gecko near the bed on the first night, but after informing reception, the room was properly cleaned and we never saw it again, so the staff handled it well. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of options available. One thing to note is that cappuccinos and caffe lattes are not included and cost extra. The room had a few minor issues. The shower area felt a bit dated and water tended to flood into the bathroom quite easily, although we managed around it. Also, if your room faces the main road, there can be some traffic noise, and the balcony door in our room was quite old and didn’t fully close properly. Despite these small issues, the warm service from most of the staff made the stay enjoyable overall and after my feedback the staff was super apologetic and wanted us to be happy so it was just a genuine feedback and not actual complaints.

후기등이 적어서 어떨까 하고 왔는데 생각보다 만족스러웠어요 호이안을 느끼고싶어서 2박했는데 올드타운하고도 가깝고, 덜 더운 아침에 자전거 빌려서 타고 다니던것도 기억에 남고, 베란다에 나가 경치 구경하는것도 좋았습니다. 조식도 작지만, 나름 알차게 잘 먹었고 수영장이 꽤 재미있었어요. 수질도 괜찮아서 몇시간 즐겁게 놀았습니다. 직원분들도 친절하시고 인상에 남는 호텔이라, 다음에 방문하면 전 또 올것같아요. 즐겁게 지내다 갑니다~

We had a great 2-night stay at Le Charm Hoi An. The hotel staff were very welcoming and even took the time to personally walk us through the hotel amenities and recommend places of interest around Hoi An. The breakfast had a good spread, and we also appreciated that bicycles were provided free for hotel guests, which made exploring the area much more convenient. We loved the decor and overall vibe of the hotel as well. The water pressure in the room was excellent too, which made the stay even more comfortable. The stay was reasonably priced and offered great value for money. Highly recommended!
