My stay at this hotel was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Upon check-in, my room was not ready, and after being told to return in 20 minutes, I found it still unavailable an hour later. I was passed around to various staff members for assistance, but they were disorganized and unable to provide any clarity, resulting in a frustrating 1.5-hour wait before I could finally access my room. During my week-long stay, the hotel implemented stricter security measures on Friday by rechecking all guests' IDs. While I understand the need for enhanced security due to Friday's line-up, the lack of adequate staffing made this process chaotic, causing further delays of over 20 minutes just to re-enter my room. Additionally, the noise levels were unacceptable; the thin walls allowed me to hear loud music from neighboring rooms until 6 AM. Given the high price I paid, I expected much better service and comfort. Unfortunately, the combination of poor coordination and inadequate staffing made my experience far from satisfactory. When I voiced my concerns, one of the reception staff responded, "We are not a hotel, so we don't have this kind of service." I was left speechless by this lack of professionalism.
