Came to the hotel for a wee Spa night with my friend for her birthday. We had a spa day voucher and enjoyed the spa. The only thing I would like to see more off is an area at the pool to relax at as we had to go into the spa quiet room to relax. But apart from that it was a lovely stay. Food was good both in the evening and breakfast. Will definitely return again.

We arrived a little early and told all rooms ready at 3pm! No sorry your too early but your welcome to sit lounge area,I had to.ask We were half board ,your get £25.00 towards your bill. Very limited menu someone both nights. Breakfast we wait half hour before our order was taken,had to.ask for food items to be replaced of cold buffet. Only 3 staff wanting on. They were running around trying to sort things. I would not return.

Don’t choose classic self catering bungalow this really means dated decor , (cream wood chip walls, orange stained carpets , brown curtains ripped leather sofa and awful musty damp smell which means you have to open the windows ) take an air freshener . Good kitchen and comfy beds though but needs an overhaul. Outside building needs cleaned of cobwebs an spiders, gutters over spilling with moss so rain chucks down windows Good swimming pool steam room and sauna , gym small but ok if your into weights. Receptionist really nice and helpful with local knowledge. Most other residents in slightly better accommodation had issues with lifts not working an rooms and linen changed every 3 days but I noticed this is an outside company who come in . Good point- watching the deer outside your window at dusk Overall would I stay here again … no , not for the price we paid . Your better in aberfoyle.
