26.05.01湯上がりコーナーや夕食時にアルコールが飲み放題で朝食にはおにぎりが登場するなど至れり尽くせりのおもてなしでした。しかし、その魅力を全否定する外国人団体の夕食時のマナーの極悪さには辟易しました。離席して日本酒を徳利で立ったまま飲み、大声で歓声を上げながら大拍手。何かおめでたいことがあったかと察しましたが、それなら他の会場でやってほしい。見て見ぬふりのスタッフに対処をお願いするとやっと収まりかけたが、まだ大声は止まず…。郷に入りては郷に従えというマナーを外国人添乗員はしっかり周知させておくべきだし、このような団体は受け入れないという断固としたホテル側のポリシーを示していただきたいと強く感じました。

-staff was strict about 3pm check-in; even at 250pm I was told to wait, even though the hotel was completely empty
-only one elevator in the annex rooms; during peak meal times and check-out, you'd have to wait 15+minutes
26.04.05 Room is huge but old carpet makes the room very budgety feel. We got too tired from road trip and missed the timing to enjoy Onsen, which we felt was also too early to close (at 9am). Unfortunately one of the bed we got was overly soft and sunk in.
The buffet dinner and breakfast saved the stay experience. We had hearty and delicious meals there.
