Very cool, helpful owner. Good location, particularly if you need to be near the airport

Nice hotel, good stay. Very little to complain about the hotel rooms, could’ve done with cleaning the room during our 4 day stay ! friendly staff ! The area around the hotel is a bit run down and derelict, handy 4 min walk to the beach but if your looking to party or go out at night I would stay closer the strip. The night market that’s around the corner from the hotel on the maps is also not open and seems to be permanently shut !

Was going to stay one night. Ended up woth three. Okay value for money, got what you need and its a private room which I apprecciate.

Value for money but no heater. near beach

Closed 3 nights(500 per night) through agoda and decided on the last day to stay one more night which the employee at the reception quickly agreed to and we payed for(600) it that night. The room, which was close to the reception on the ground floor but still pretty quite, was nice regarding the size and cleanliness, the bed and pillows were pretty comfortable and we always had hot water. The good location allowed us to get to the beach in 5-10 minutes and to the mall and lake in about 20 minutes. We didn't enter the pool but it is important to note it's right outside next to the driveway/road to the hotel in case it's not clear from the photos. The staff was kind and ordered a private van(first for 500 and then they said it's 400 before we went which was better than Grab) for us to get to the maenam samui pier on the last morning because we were afraid the roads will be closed for public transport due to the marathon and ultra marathon.
