25.02.03 Stayed in a double room during August 2024, the AC in the room provided us with great reprieve from the hot summer heat. Room and toilet were clean and amenities like towel, soap, hairdryer, and water were provided. The staff was friendly and even gave us a map of the area. The hotel surroundings felt safe, it is located behind a huge door along the main street, head in towards the inner courtyard where you will have to take a lift up to reach. It was a 10-15min walk from Roma Termini station, but there is a closer station called Repubblica which was 5mins away. Unfortunately it was not open while we were there due to upgrading works for the 2025 Jubilee. There are bus stops right outside the hotel too but don't count on the buses being on time.
25.01.06 I arrived the night of Christmas eve but managed to get in touch with a staff (after taking some time to get in to the hotel's lobby on the highest floor thanks to guests of other hotels and figuring out the contact number). For those needing help, contact +393792825337! Overall the place was clean and centrally located with lots of food options around the neighborhood.
