25.12.20Great value for money. It gives a truly authentic Japanese ryokan atmosphere. The onsen is beautiful with many baths to choose from. The service is excellent and the staff are incredibly nice. Getting here isn’t as difficult as you might think — even though it’s far from Tokyo, the hotel provides a shuttle to the Shinkansen station.

25.01.05 Overall the hotel is good, service is nice. The room and facilities is good but compared to the price, to me this hotel is like ok to try but to go back again maybe not. And it’s very far from the station you will need to take a bus for 30 mins if you don’t have car. While the food at dinner not very impressed.
24.11.09 The staff was super friendly and helpful to us non-Japanese Speaking guests. Japanese room is very large and had everything we needed. The large windows gave us great view of the mountains. We really enjoyed the Private Hot Springs Bath and tried both styles. Very nice lobby with view of the lake. The Kaiseki dinners were beautiful in presentation and well explained by our gracious waitress.
