Great value for cost. The location is probably the nicest area on the beach. The staff are welcoming and helpful. It’s a very short walk to many restaurants and anything g else you would need. The restaurant on site is great delicious food for a better price than the shops on the main road. The room was large with a comfortable bed and ac that worked great. I wouldn’t expect more for the price. You are on the flight path so the odd plane comes over pretty low.

This place has an odd vibe. Everything is an upsale, they even charge for the old fashion lock to the room safe. Water pressure is a trickle and takes about a minute to fill up a cup. Tried to swim but it's shallow too inside the sand bar and thick with seaweed. Extremely nice garden throughout but I had the bad luck of being there when they sprayed pesticide and spent the rest of the day gagging. Mosquitos crushed against the wall tell a story.
