25.12.22 I work nearby and stayed overnight after a work do. Toilet paper was nearly finished- had to request more at reception. The shower didn’t drain appropriately and nearly flooded the bathroom. The bathroom door didn’t close - had clear signs of water/ humidity damage. One of the toilet flush button covers was missing. The carpets were dirty. The room was either not checked before arrival or the standards are very low. I stayed in similar hotels around the same area for cheaper prices with higher cleanliness standards.
25.12.20 For central London this hotel is very good value. I had a single room, it was very, very small but warm, clean and comfy bed. Rain shower head didn't work but the other shower attachment did.
Plenty of tea and coffee in room. TV didn't work.
Staff seemed very nice, easy check in. My room was at the back of the hotel so really quiet.
Overall good value for money.
25.09.17 The location is fantastic,easy to explore and transport options are available. The staff were very kind. The cleanliness of the room was commendable. However, the view from the room was not to be desired. But we enjoyed our stay.
25.07.31 The venue was adequate for our purpose, great transport links.
However, the window fasteners were broken, the windows didn't shut and inquisitive child could easily fall from the first floor. They need to fix the window. My son was 15 so old enough to understand the risk.
