Living in an ancient noble house with modern facilities and decoration. Only issue is that the lift is very slow. The rest is great, the staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are spectacular.

We stayed two nights and enjoyed staying in this historical building. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It also situated in the centre of historical part which is convenient to walk to everywhere. Highly recommended.

Historic and rich story behind the hotel which made it quite a special experience to be staying in a semi palace. However, property is showing its age and not well maintained in certain common areas like the stairway / rooms / hallways. Hotel reception (Anastasia I believe) was very kind and helpful.

Due to the US, Israel- Iran war, we were unable to travel. We requested the management to change our booking dates, but they simply refused. 100% of our money was taken by them. That was unkind.
