아르가일 아파트먼트 파타야

3베드룸은 실제 4층부터 6층까지 사용하는 구조입니다. 하지만 엘리베이터가 없어, 관절이 아프거나 체력이 약한 사람, 체중이 많이 나가는 사람에게는 매우 불편합니다. 나머지는 모두 좋았습니다. 넓은 거실과 주방, 성능 좋은 에어컨 등 내부시설도 좋았고(조금 낡았긴 하지만), 주변 식당이나 편의점 등 외부 조건도 좋았습니다.

I wanted a cheap room and was very happy to find a clean ,quiet,well located small room at Argyle Apartments. I believe they have different size rooms too. There is a great swimmimg pool available for guests to use but no elevator in the building.

I notified the hotel 2 months out from our trip we will arrive around 2230. Upon arrival the owners wife appears. Completely hostile straight out of the gate. Speaking in tongues - half english half thai my wife and I cannot make sense of what she is saying. Possibly heavily drug affected. My wife is thai and cannot make sense of what she is saying. I ask where do we pay and the only understandable word was tomorrow. Ok, tomorrow. So next day we wake up late morning. We go to pay and this owner wife attacks us for not paying earlier in the morning. Excuse me, we been travelling for over 24hrs and got in late, surely a sleep in may be justified. Then the argument started she wanted cash not credit card. Eventually slapped a 4% surcharge on for card. Then rings her husband and proceeds to bag us to him while we were still in the office. Totally unprofessional and has zero customer service skills. Never again ! Then comes the weekend. The cleaners that live on the floor below are quite happy to let their kids yell and scream and play up and down the stairs and hallway at 0800!!!! After a great night out in Pattaya and getting back to the room at 0400 being woken by these uncontrolled bratts is totally unacceptable. I recommend staying elsewhere.

The AC was not working properly in bedroom. I was literally sweating at night. And couldn’t find staff when needed, no i saw swimming pool.

Dirty room. No security. Poor customer service. Unsafe.
