22.07.15My room was clean and big and very nice, plus the price was right
22.05.24 Our room smelled quite bad, it being late we just wanted to sleep and deal, but were woken up many times by doors closing in the stairwell that were very loud. Overall this place is pretty beat up, and cost double the other place we stayed at last minute. The immediate area was sketchy. Do not recommend
22.05.15 The bed it a bit small the bathroom it smelling no daily housekeeping and the breakfast also just a light snack ,
22.05.10 I never got to check in. I was hit with a surprise security deposit of $150 that I wasn't prepared to pay on top of my reservation. Front desk couldn't proceed bc of policy. She called the GM who also hid behind the policy. If you're going to post your rooms on third party sites, it's the hotel's responsibility to provide that info, which they didn't. But instead of taking responsibility, they were all too willing to have me tossed out in the middle of the night. (Granted, the front desk person was willing to let me camp out in the lobby, but that's not a shower and a bed). When I called La Quinta customer service, they kept apologizing for the inconvenience. It wasn't inconvenient - it was irresponsible; it was dangerous. And they wanted to charge the cancellation fee, too? When policies don't make sense, make an exception or change the policy.
22.04.17 We were asked for a deposit of $150 before we could check into our rooms should there be any damage to the room during our stay.
