26.05.08I had a wonderful stay at the Heritage in Bali. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff, and very comfortable rooms. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the service was excellent from check-in to check-out. The location was also perfect for exploring Bali. I especially loved the peaceful vibe. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

25.04.27 The 2nd time i have stayed at the Hermitage. The 1st room i stayed in was a little dark and felt it needed more light and plug sockets in the room.
Stayed in a room near the entrance, completely different. Hot water which is rare in many hotels in Thailand, clean, spacious and quiet.
This will be my go to hotel now as i have tried 4 to 5 different hotels throughout Pattaya.

25.01.21 위치는 옮긴 빠쁘라파이 식당 바로 앞입니다. 멀김하지만 저렴한 위치에 거실과 침실을 따로 쓸수있는 넓은공간과 주차공간… 너무 좋은 경험이었고 직원들도 너무 친절합니다.

I feel you ideally need a car or motorbike if you want to get into the tourist areas like Walking St.
Staff members were friendly and helpful.
My only complaint is that the room only had 2 accessible wall sockets above the mini fridge which were not near the bed, but on the far side of the room.
If you are looking to do any work or to charge your phone, you cannot do so in the seating area or next to the bed.
I also found the room quite dark when the curtains were closed, like they were on dim. It's not a dealbreaker, just the first thing I noticed.
