This might be one of the best stays ever in Fukuoka. Dinner and breakfast were wonderful and staff were the loveliest people. I highly recommend walking over to the hotel nearby to try the public onsen (guests of Bettei Soan get to enjoy that for free) - it’s clean, peaceful and quiet if you go earlier in the morning. Thanks Bettei Soan for a lovely and memorable stay.

We stayed at Japanese-style suite, Nagomi. The room was very spacious and we had a view of the mountains. It was lovely to wake up to the sunrise in the morning. We had dinner and breakfast. The spreads were very generous, and the food had Japanese and Western influences, likely to account for different preferences. There was an issue with one of our items which was rectified quickly and the team gave a small token as an apology which was not necessary but much appreciated. This was our splurge accommodation for the trip and I can wholeheartedly say that it was a good choice.

The food were fantastic. The environment was great, Staff were nice. A VIP experience.
