The hotel is covered in dust to the point where a person cannot breath. The beds are covered in bed bugs. The WiFi is sporadic. Like dishonest owners, they keep changing the name of the hotel. When I arrived the name had already changed...as I write this review the name has changed again! Agoda should put a limit on this!

I've been ripped off by the price. I've booked several times at Agoda, but they doubled the price for a hotel similar to the one nearby and put it on Agoda. When I paid at the hotel, they asked for 930000 Vnd per night without breakfast. And I tried to take a shower after checking in, but the water didn't come out, so when I complained to the front desk, a repairman came and told me it would take about 30 minutes. So I asked them to replace my room, and they said no. I used a hotel around this hotel for 500,000 Vnd per night (including breakfast) a year ago, so I thought it would be in better condition than the one around here. But I was so angry

The pictures fooled me lol. Nothing looks like the pictures but if you are looking for something affordable, this is suitable for you! It’s not bad. It was ok. A bit of traffic noise in the morning. But overall, it was ok.
