Woodlands Hotel and Resort

This is the accommodation where I stayed on my first trip to Pattaya. It's a very personal opinion, but I'm leaving a message with such satisfaction. I was not used to traveling abroad, so I had a lot of worries about accommodation. What was important to me was 1. pleasant facilities and delicious breakfast 2. Cool air conditioning performance 3. Immediate action if there is any inconvenience 4. a good route for sightseeing Woodland Hotel & Resort was the place I chose to satisfy these three. To tell you the conclusion, I was very satisfied. The pleasant environment and neat breakfast were clean In particular, the kindness of the staff here is incomparable to that of the hotel staff who have been using it They showed responsible behavior. It is not easy to immediately accept customer complaints. Almost all other hotels avoid responsibility or place it on the customer's responsibility The staff understood the customer's point of view and actively tried to address the complaint. In particular, the three Numnum / Mint / Chanya staff provided solutions to customer requests in different ways and seemed to do their best until the end of the day. Although their nationalities were different, their facial expressions and actions were human, not commercial. I think the trip I went on to find peace of mind will remain a good memory thanks to these three employees. Hotels have similar structures everywhere Depending on the mindset of the employees working there, the satisfaction level of travel will increase. Woodland Hotel & Resort!! I hope you continue to thrive and my choice will be here for my next trip.

좀 오래된거랑 헬스장 빼곤 항상 만족하는 호텔입니다. 파타야갈땐 이 호탤만 이용해요. 다른곳에 비해 가격도 좋고 리조트형이라 힐링되고 객실이 아주 많은게 아니라 북적이지 않아요. 이 가격대라면 앞으로도 이용할 거 같아요.

Good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast and many swimming pool

We got unlucky and had room 905 which was stinky. They gave us a new room in the morning which was nice. However the stay was ruined because we had a bad night. The smell was like a public toilet. Don’t ever take 905. The pool was small but very nice. The location and price was good. We just got the wrong room this time.
