Good value, the staff is very polite, only thing I didnt like was The City. Too dangerous. You can get robbed anytime, anyday. I got robbed, not in the hotel, but I think everywhere is SF isnt safe anymore. Im from Brazil and I never saw something like this, people breaking into cars everywhere. I reccomend the hotel in general, but I dont think I will go back SF again

The staff was very friendly, the place has seen way better days. Furniture literally falling apart!!! I mean really!? Never seen that before. I won’t stay here again.
