Best hotel ever , many konbini nearby & also close to station 👌👌👌 Clean & facilities are 5star.

If you want a hassle free stay I don't recommend this place because the property is unmanned and you need to pre-register the people who will stay at this place. After booking they will send you a link but if you booked in agoda, agoda will masked that link and it will be un clickable so there's no way to pre-register unless you call them directly but even if you call you will be answered by a machine operator. You need to pick the "you are checking-in today but you have a problem checking-in etc" if you don't call they won't answer in message in agoda. That's the only way to communicate to them to get that pre-register link. The facility is ok but I had a bad sneezing every time I open the heater/air-conditioner mind you, you have to take out your trash by yourself! If you don't mind the trouble of finding a way to contact them then I recommend to stay here but if you don't want a hassle I recommend to find something else.

This is the worst resident(not even a hostel) I ever stayed. There is nobody the building 5o offer service. You cannot reach anyone if your have problem. They have a lockbox that provide you with the key to access into the room,but they don't have enough instruction telling you how to open the door. No service at all. Thurstrating and disappointing.

I stayed here for 4 nights and found the experience quite disappointing. The check-in process was very unintuitive, and it took me around 30 minutes just to figure out how to enter the hotel. Everything is self-service, and there is no convenient way to contact the helpdesk without a local phone number. Because of that, I was unable to request towel replenishment during my stay. Guests are also expected to dispose of their own rubbish at the end of their stay, so I would say that service is practically non-existent at this accommodation. The room was dusty and triggered my allergies, which I did not experience in the two other hotels I stayed at in Japan during the same trip. The pillows were also very flat and uncomfortable. The listing showed a water dispenser, but there was none available on-site. It also mentioned luggage storage, but that was not provided either, which was very inconvenient. Overall, the stay did not match what was described on the booking site. The information about amenities and services was misleading, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable stay.

Booked this but check in info was not sent or emailed. I asked them through Agoda but no response at all.
