25.12.22The hotel is in a decent location, close to where we were being to go. The rooms are decent. The only downside is it seems like there are some long term guests living there with multiple cars so if you arrive later, good luck finding parking in the lot!

25.02.19Overall this is a great hotel, but its not the cheapest as it should be, but my stays have been pleasant, and furnishings are not old and dated. Some rooms are surprisingly very roomy. Location is off to the side of Richmond, which can be seedy but more private, and have had no issues. The rest of the area is basically residential or commercial space so you do not see many people walking or around. There is a very large & convenient and liquor/convenience store about 1-2 blocks away and a separate gas station, with it's own store.

Room advertised looked renovated and new. Definitely not the room I got.
