26.05.04the hotel settling among south part of the city, not too far to walking street and the beach, no restaurant or food. look old it should be renovated, Good staff.

26.04.17 Old furniture like WW2, bedsheet ripped big hole, bug droppings on bathroom floor when we arrived, strong smell of naphthalene ( chemical product that kills moths ) placed in wardrobe, concrete hard mattress, only good thing they have pool in back yard and a bar looking ok. Staff is ok. Indian owned business so expect people screaming on hallway and slamming doors. Windows facing side street at 6-7 in the morning motorcycles making crazy noise. Good location though, and ok for emergency. Do not let pictures in presentation fool you.
26.04.16 Honest this is worse hotel I stayed in Pattaya, I only recommended it for emergencies being cheap and having pool and bar in the back yard. From the old furniture ww2 like, to holes in the bedsheet and concrete hard mattress, the room look like I travelled back in time. No tv although description mentioned tv in the room. Windows facing a side street with motorcycles at 7-8 in the morning making crazy noise, after 3 nights I moved to another hotel at lower price and better quality. Do not let pictures fool you.
26.04.15 I paid for the room but didn't get a room. I couldn't stay. There is no room. Responsibility.This is a irresponsible hotel.
